What is your favorite aspect of this product?
like Slack allows: • A simple to use interface. • You can tag people, channels, and other things to alert interested people to the conversation. • Ability to edit previous comments and create separate threads to stay in a specific context / topic • With option for quick meetings. • You can share files and documents. • To manage many teams without having to leave the session. • You can manage many teams without having to log out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slack is expensive and old messages are deleted after a certain time in the free versions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Slack to integrate with other applications like Google Calendar, Drive, and Zoom; the mobile app works just as well as the desktop version and is useful for sharing and storing files.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
In all honesty Slack is the first product of its type that I have used in a business environment. That said, it is so intuitive and slick that I can't see myself looking for another solution anytime soon.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is so easy to learn to use as the UI is simple but effective. I rely less and less on e-mail for internal communication every day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really. Without Slack I would genuinely feel like I had one hand tied behind my back!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's free to use for small teams so give it a try at zero cost. You won't regret it!
