What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack recently introduced artificial intelligence ( AI ) into my Slack experience and I believe this keeps it paces ahead of similar software products. With Slack AI, I am able to summarize message threads, find specific conversations within message threads faster, get a daily recap of all messages I missed, and overall work smarter within and outside the walls of my office.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the entire file sharing experience on Slack. When I am sharing files and other critical documents with other users , I am able to add vital context and details to the files, thereby reducing the need for too much explanations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I initially had reservations about Slack turning my messages into a thread , making me have to scroll continuously to find older messages. However , I have now gotten used to it and this is also because Slack's 'search' feature has gotten better and has allowed me find older messages faster by simply searching.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is the top communication software product I will recommend to teams.
