Helps my whole team stay connected and productive

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
For a medium to large business it is a near perfect communication tool. I like the feature they added in to use voice chats and screen sharing as well, can be more of an all in one platform for internal communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it keeps my team connected and organized. With the increasingly remote environment in marketing, it is very important to have a tool that provides our communication channels all in one place. Without Slack we couldn't function as a remote team across different parts of the world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There have been days where we have experienced outages that have been frustrating. And some tools could be labelled better to raise awareness to their functionalities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would totally recommend slack. I have tried other tools briefly but their features aren't as tailored to business as Slack is. I am very happy with the product.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
