The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Sinch from other similar products?
From what I’ve dealt with, Sinch’s uniqueness comes from its ability to allow employees to receive customer voicemails directly, as well as leave notes regarding calls, and mark the status as pending or completed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to keep voicemails that are not completed as pending when waiting for a customer to get us the information we need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If a voicemail is forwarded from another person from a department, I can no longer see the original caller number. This makes it confusing when needing to call the customer back, as I can no longer see what their original number was.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to use the notes feature when picking voicemails, it will be extremely helpful.
