The idea management tool effectively allows the team to track and manage ideas through through to implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like more editing abilities to change the branding of the platform, customised to my organisation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reach out for a demo with the customer success team, they are very helpful and can advise which features are best for your campaign.

I haven't used any other product for Idea management so I am not sure.

This minimizes disruptions and encourages participation. Continuous Product Evolution: The Sideways 6 team demonstrates a genuine commitment to product improvement. They actively solicit feedback from their users and regularly roll out new features and enhancements. Exemplary Customer Service: The Sideways 6 customer service team goes above and beyond. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend is sometimes a bit overwhelming.
