What differentiates Shopify POS from other similar products?

They seem to provide a lot of changes to the software. But it needs to be more customizable like other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The updates they provide to the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to always get somebody to listen and understand your problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask as many questions as possible and make sure they understand your business model completely.
