What differentiates ServiceNow PPM from other similar products?

We were able to develop, manage, and deliver projects for IT portfolios using an enterprise-wide technology like PPM. Between the year of deployment and the adoption in two years, there has been a considerable change in the experience and usage. It's drastically decreasing the manual workload by enabling us with quick reports to make business analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Service Now PPM is it's wide variety of features and it's ease of GUI. It took us very less time to grab up to speed after deploying the Service Now PPM into our production. No external trainings are required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support is not up to mark. We are receiving late responses after implementing into production when compared to the time where we are in testing and implementing phase.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, it will make your lives easier especially when you need to manage critical deliverables.

Its UI is easy and user friendly compared to other PPM products. It is also highly scalable.

It helps organizations to prioritize projects, or allocate resources effectively. It also align projects with strategic goals, and improve overall project portfolio performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its subscription fees could be expensive, especially for large organizations with complex needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company is small or medium sized, just go for it.
