Integration is very easy with many applications and this product is highly customizable . It seamlessly integrated with salesforce products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting in PPM is robust and it provides tools for analyzing performance of the project

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of implementation is relatively high and the dependency on azure ecosystem . The out of the box connectors are limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check detailed use cases that needs to be covered by your organization then check the product feasibility and also compare the pricing and long term support cost of the same .

What differentiates ServiceNow PPM from other similar products?

I am really amazed after using ServiceNow PPM , can clear state the difference i felt because i have worked on similar products but ServiceNow help in timely, efficient and effective delivery even the new onboard folks was able to adapt ServiceNow Quickly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are alot of aspects i loved about serviceNow but the security management makes the product more secure for client point of view because it co relate with client management too

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such till date I don’t find any dislike about the product but sometimes is felt a bit slower while loading , may be its because of my internet so no dislikes about the product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are so many features of the product but the most important for our project is the product security management and the client management
