ServiceNow Service Management is flexible, user friendly and has faster performance than competitor products.

According to me it is up to the mark and has all the functions required for large IT departments.

ServiceNow Service Management is a well established tool to manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, tasks and allows you to assign work to teams if you don't have an individual to assign it to.
