ITSM is focused on how services are delivered by IT teams

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing our time at work by able to use WF , automation, managing sprints and projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need to update the UI. The color scheme need to be changed since sometimes the background is difficult to view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My advice to others is to make sure they understanding what they are going to use ServiceNow for which is important.

What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

As there is another product called Remedy which provides the same functionality but requires some plugin that requires complex components whereas ServiceNow provides Orchestration which enables various functionality for the automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ServiceNow provides Orchestration which enables various functionality for the automation such as Additional/Removal of Users to Group, Server Patching, and Software Installation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its cost can be considered as a disadvantage. Because it comes with a different plugin which can cost you a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's the best product for automation and which can automate various business processes and easy for the installation and simple components for the configuration of ITOM compare to other products.
