What differentiates ServiceNow ESG Management from other similar products?

The sheer ability to automate the process along with workflows and that too coming with an affordable pricing and a great customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hands down, workflow automation is the best feature. And it so easy to create with the almost perfect UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization may not give you the best of comfort but it's workable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ServiceNow ESG Management from other similar products?

There are other competitors out there that serve similar functionality. once you get into these larger enterprise level solutions, they require a lot of upkeep and customization to work for your environment. I don't know that ServiceNOW provides anything unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

organizing team incidents and knowledge base.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overly complicated whether it's searching for information or setting up a custom dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you or your team has the ability to manage it or outsource as it requires full time work to integrate with a larger company.
