Connection with the customer, after-sales service, and the generation of value that it gives to the company, very productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to have arduous training to be able to use servicenow 100%

If you are looking for help desk and asset management software, this is your best option (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM

What differentiates ServiceNow CMDB from other similar products?

Robust Change Management System. Gives reminders at every stage and helps in assigning the change requests to correct teams and keeps records of emails in the platform itself. Also, offers inbuilt reporting capabilities. This feature helps to visualize effectively to the stakeholders about the completion of data in the CMDB, helps to achieve KPIs, and is also useful while auditing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Auto-discovery is the best feature. It can populate the fields according to the rules set up and can be integrated with different data tools like Axonius, Qualys, bluecat, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is complex in terms of implementation as it takes a lot of time to set it up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is ample training available to learn this tool. Do training properly to understand the procedures and implementation phases. Understand how the hierarchy works in the platforms.
