What is ServiceNow Asset Management?
ServiceNow Asset Management tracks the financial, contractual, and inventory details of hardware and virtual infrastructure – as well as non‑IT assets – throughout their lifecycle. Asset requests are handled using workflows to obtain approvals, validate entitlements, issue chargebacks, and provision services. Once an asset is deployed, Asset Management records all maintenance activity and enables IT to perform regular audits, right up until asset retirement.

What differentiates ServiceNow Asset Management from other similar products?
Easy of use, easy navigation, nice dashboard and filters. Atlassian products like JIRA lags far behind ServiceNow in terms of the easy navigation and end user experience

What differentiates ServiceNow Asset Management from other similar products?
Easy adoption, single point of governance, connection with other ITSM Servicenow products products. Servicenow allows a true end to end service management, but connecting different process and departamets, well defined flow can speed up the deliverables of the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy is to implement when you follow OOTB capabilities, moreover it also brings the concept of low code no code which allow easy customization on the Platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer tend to crazy on the requirements and how easy to customize ServiceNow is. As product owners, you need to have strong governance about what to do in ServiceNow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Totally recommend and I would suggest for early adoption that follow the OOTB capabilities, ServiceNow invested a lot of money and effort on industry best practices process and it can accelerate the implemenation.

What differentiates ServiceNow Asset Management from other similar products?
Its user friendly and easy to integrate, and provides optimisation, reporting and automation features. Other tools are not easy to integrate also its quite complex as per console. Enduser prospective- easy to use and if you provide training then people grab it easily.

Its console and reporting features

Nothing so far but always there is area of improvement so team can focus on reporting stuff.
