ServiceNow APM provides a single platform for managing all application-related activities, including upgrades, retiring, and retaining applications. This makes it easier for us to maintain our application portfolio, as all information is in one place and easily accessible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data attributes for form fields, such as creating an incident or release, may be overwhelming and not very intuitive.
