It is so easy to add social channels and share with your team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They recently added Instagram carousels to their products which helps our scheduling even more

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is slow when you upload large images or try to work too fast

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is great for small business/agencies. I recommend taking the weekly 30-minute training courses provided by the Sendible team

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?

Sendible was the cheapest option that met all of my requirements, based on my previous experience with other social media platforms. while providing the same benefits to me and my team through an extremely user-friendly platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is by far the best Social Media Scheduling and workload Platform I've ever used, from start to finish! The setup was simple, and the personal assistance I received from customer service representatives was greatly appreciated. I really like how we can preview a post in its entirety before publishing it on each of our social media platforms. This has been an extremely useful feature that I have not found in other programs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For our large or fast-paced accounts, this service is probably not the best option. While some posts appear to arrive immediately through Sendible, others appear to take several hours. I believe that the user interface could be improved. For newcomers to Sendible, posting can be a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a complete Social Media Management solution, Sendible is a good choice. If you have a team working on developing social media content for your company or clients, that's fantastic. This gave the team confidence that they could continue to maintain their online presence without having to hire someone on their own.

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?

customer service is better than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendible allows me to write and schedule articles, identify trending information related to a certain business or subject, and even edit photographs (which was a MUST-have feature when I was looking for a tool to use). Team members may be easily added and their responsibilities can be delegated for them to evaluate. In addition, the reporting tool supplied streamlines the process of retrieving KPIs and finding areas for development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Content clustering and drip marketing would be a lot simpler if you could replicate published posts or plan them for numerous dates. Another thing that would be nice is to be able to schedule Instagram posts directly. To be honest, I haven't spent much time looking through assistance articles to ease my problems with scheduling tales.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, the Sendible support team is the service's best feature. If you have any queries concerning Sendible's monthly webinars or the auto-response rate, the company's staff is always ready to help. Whenever there are new versions of the program, they let me know about it.
