The differentiator is the uptime and delivery. It is best among competition. The product is easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect is interface to create campaign and metrics to measure result of campaign.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing is it has per user cost which increases net cost of a firm. It must be brought down.

It is a great product for marketing campaigns. Must have for all business but lookout for per user charge.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?
The built in tracking is quite nice and they make it very easy to configure. Knowing not only opens and clicks but unique values is the standout.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love the most about, Send grid emails is that they are not spammed when they reach their target's mail box and are always marked as important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customer care timings do not match my country and tickets keep pending.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great product to plan the email marketing. 100% uptime and delivery observed.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?
A centralized email communication, that has allowed my team to align transactional and promotional email newsletters together. This helps towards providing my team with an all round reach to every of our customers, no matter the channel through which they signed-up to use our products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sendgrid's provisions of ISP outreach/ monitoring and a unique IP for my team gives us an advantage , in terms of the chances we have to get our marketing emails into the inbox of our target recipients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is the most technical email marketing software that i have encountered. For all of the features and functionalities which it provides, it comes with a steep learning curve and it is important for a user to have a bit of programming skillset, to be able to customize or use this software on a daily. This complex nature of Sendgrid prevents non-technical users from being able to contribute much to our email campaign operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i rate Sendgrid has the best email marketing software that i have had experience to use. It helps with the basic aim of getting emails directly to the inbox of our target audience, but also provide unique insights into performance and deliverability and it is well suited for high volume sms delivery.
