Rarely we have had inconsistent or temperamental results - back and forth SearchUnify was able to resolve in these instances.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SearchUnify is worthy of consideration, anyone looking in 2026 will likely want to stay close to advances in the implementation of generative AI in this tool and elsewhere.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like more visibility or ability to independently admin the product more (with self-serve training resources) in order to be able to more quickly resolve easily-fixed issues. Had some issues with search working as expected out of the box.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good software. Make sure you have the resources on your side to implement and admin effectively (someone who is familiar with search).
