In adddition to calculating sales commissions, SAP Commissions also offers coaching and gamification tools that help us coach our teams. We design, compare, roll out and manage commissions models for our entire salea team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The design of SAP Commissions is clean and easy to understand. Commission payouts are now calculated instantly, without errors amd we are able to monitor the team’s performance in real-time

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are pain points in user synchronization because provisioning cannot be done through SSO, and instead must be done through the sFTP integration platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for the next level commission management platform your search can end here. SAP Commissions will help you accurately calculate commissions of your AES, SDRs, BDRs and Managers

The Dashboards tool in SAP are highly customizable, and multiple dashboards can be configured for each subset of payee depending on the level of detail and insight desired

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing disputes is the hardest part of using SAP Commissions. The process of initiating a dispute by payees should be more self-guided and intuitive and allow attaching supporting documentation

SAP Commissions will motivate your sales reps through detailed and insightful up-to-date data about their performance, accurately calculating incentive-based pay
