I have not had great experience with the same product in my career experience.

Our customers always comes first and this platform has enabled our team to have stable relationship with our customers. We have improved customer services delivery and infrastructure.

I have nothing to dislike from the performance of this platform.

SAP CRM builds strong customers pipeline and channels that build customers trust as compared to other CRM tools I have used.

Sometimes the operation of this tool is slow but the overall performance is awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP CRM provides the best monitoring tool for error resolution. SAP CRM plays a vital role in managing the business from Client onboarding to customer success and successful delivery of the product to establish a healthy relationship. Easy to create and view the reports, and it can be easily analyzed for further usage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automatic refresh is not available for SAP. No provision to reuse the data from ERP in SAP. Some issues needed to fix in SAP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is used for business processes. UI version of SAP is very good to use. There are lots of functionality and capabilities are there in SAP.
