The security features of SAP CRM are very robust.

Managing campaigns and getting analytics are superb.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would say some other CRM tools I have used like Hubspot CRM are more user-friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say, if you work for a MM enterprise, then you should definitely consider it. SMBs can work with less costly tools.
