What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?

Customers sign in securely once via SSO. Then, they enjoy a cohesive journey across sites and apps. Back-end microservices authenticate and authorize discretely, ensuring that no single resource is a single point of failure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Sana to enforce standard access policies, such as MFA for high-risk logins, dynamic authorization, and real-time risk-based access controls. However, for customers, it is simple and seamless. Account and profile data are stored centrally, ensuring that it is always up-to-date wherever they interact with us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Advanced features can assist with compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Customer data governance can be utilized to identify and remove unused records. Consent preferences track user options to ensure their choices are respected. All data is encrypted with bank-grade security during transit and at rest.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
