What differentiates Samsara from other similar products?

We use Samsara for tracking company vehicles / operational use / time at schedule jobs / payroll confirmation / Maintenace / Driver pe-trip inspections

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Knowing when trucks leave the shop and return.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything disappointing yet

Absolute must when you become too large to have daily contact with each crew.

What differentiates Samsara from other similar products?

The gps tracking of devices/units using other unit connections, geo fences, off of a mixture of hardwired and batteries is very impressive and fast. This has made tracking assets a huge plus and cost savings tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real time tracking and precision. How it measures the metrics of units as well is extremely helpful to us and our shops that we work with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there is glitches with signing in,out, and connecting/disconnecting from units. When this happens it really messes up e logs for drivers and units and becomes a very manual process to get it fixed. (Understandable there is a legal asset to it about editing users logs) but super frustrating when the glitch or last updates didn't take. This happens with a handful of our internal users about once or twice a month and normally happens in clusters

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very versatile, user friendly, and Samsara is easy to work with as partners as they do constantly reach out to help or offer more
