What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Delivers the personalized experiences your customers expect using the integrated CRM platform we call Salesforce Customer 360. It provides powerful, connected products to improve your marketing, sales, ecommerce, customer service, IT and more. With AI-based personalization, sell products to all types of customers as your business grows and trends evolve. Optimize effects, budgets and processes through unified marketing and business analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Has some bugs and errors in implementation and early stages of deployment, each customization requires development expertise; customization of reports and a host of other features would be welcome additions. Better training should be provided to understand the full functionality. I think it would be good to have more guided tutorials to help configure new fields or features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Support customer interactions on any channel, automate business processes with intelligent workflows, improve call center management with intelligent productivity tools, also get a shared and actionable view of every customer interaction, help drive revenue and upsell more easily through the power of AI. And with the clarity of Customer 360, you can eliminate silos and gain first-hand insight into every customer interaction from the first click to the last purchase and beyond.
