In other words, Salesforce is a MIGHTY TOOL.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
Simple centralized storage for all sales-related information; facilitates real-time access to sales statistics and dashboard metrics
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Due to Salesforce's adaptability, it is being used by a larger variety of businesses. The fact that it works with nearly every tool now on the market is another plus. Almost all of our sales stacks, including Salesloft, Seismic, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, are integrated with Salesforce. Marketing initiatives can benefit greatly from using Pardot. The prospecting phase may be seen in its entirety with the help of the lead timeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing as such that I don't like, but the learning curve is pretty steep for new users. In addition, maintaining the data is also complicated, since uploading it manually every day is a chore. Sometimes I find it difficult to use for reporting and building a lead list from within Salesforce itself. I think the UX can be a bit better and more modern as new age companies like Hubspot and Freshworks are coming out with a better UX and easy to navigate menus.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Communicate with your salesperson in order to acquire the precise services your company requires. There are certain representatives who solely seem interested in making a sale of something you don't need. If you wanted to tailor the Salesforce platform to your unique company needs, you'd hire an outside expert to help you out. If you are unfamiliar with Salesforce, the process of making changes to the platform might be arduous.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
We use Salesforce as the main (only) CRM and the use case is to trace our sales activities and results. It registers all incoming and outgoing calls and emails and sets up graphs from incoming data to help us gain perception of how well our business is doing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Salesforce, it is easy to gain insights on how many people you work with weekly once the reports have already been compiled. It integrates with so many tools including chili piper which has helped with smooth scheduling of meetings and to some extent conversion of leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting features has a lot of bugs and it also has issues with syncing our market automation. The user interface is not intuitive at all, It has too much unnecessary information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For a small organization, you don't always need a CRM. I think salesforce is a great CRM tool for large companies with a higher number of leads that need conversion.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
Technology, sales, and marketing were the initial departments where Salesforce Sales Cloud was introduced. We decided to transition to Salesforce Sales Cloud for our B2B sales operations after operating with an internal CRM for several years. The implementation was quite simple. We were fortunate to have a person on staff with some Salesforce experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are so many partners and apps in the total integration ecosystem that it seems like anything is possible (even though you might find out that possible doesn't mean easy-to-do). One of the best on the market, the overall product roadmap is excellent. The best capacity of any CRM or sales solution on the market has the most adaptable system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It should be emphasized that Salesforce is a collection of purchases marketed as one cloud solution. Rigidity in the standard object architecture and extensive customization. The requirement of heavily relying on advice from implementation partners. Two-factor authentication must be required for those who spend the day in front of a computer. You have a higher chance of troubleshooting through the Salesforce community because support is scarce and generally poor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best platforms for the sales department is Salesforce Sales Cloud. This is something that we have long used. Numerous solid and powerful features are offered that nobody else can offer. Software that is very helpful for maintaining a company's customer database. The software made it easier to maintain important client data centrally.
Pros
- Reliable
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service
