What do you dislike most about this product?

Not that I disliked, but each company will utilise different aspects of the tool. I was happy with the areas I worked on

Definitely worth looking at as a new CRM

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

The brand name is of utmost priority. Multiple cases can be opened at one time and can be toggled in between. Also the integration of Amazon connect with sales force is really good. Custom dashboards can be created to track performances

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration of different softwares into service cloud. Also the ability to create different dashboards to track various metrics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Service cloud often have glitches, especially if another sales force is opened in another tab. Sometimes the screen would hung up on the loading page or the cases will not populate automatically as and when calls come in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product with fabulous customer support provided by the company. It is very dynamic and user friendly.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

The features and scale it offer in terms of Lead generation programs and the benefit it offers to the Sales team is amazing. It also is so flexible in terms of being integrated with other softwares is very beneficial

The ease of use and the features it has.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For certain things it may not be intuitive enough while building dashboards

Make it easier to use calculated fields in dashboard building.
