Easy sales operations management and easy to create marketing reports which are more valuable and effective to the business productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features are easy to customize and starting the manipulation is quite easy and campaigns monitoring functionalities are effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None at all to report as a problem on this platform capabilities and the customer services provided are excellent and helpful to their customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability to manage multiple marketing content and the easy data management and even lead management is very simple through this platform.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

It provides an amazing user-experience. It provides a lot of features compared to other CRM. It is very convenient to use. It allows me to track my progress and create clean pipelines. Also, it's pricing is what made me use this CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very user-friendly. It provides several ways to implement new things in the system. The pricing is better and worth compared to other CRM. Their support team is very active they responds quickly and within 24 hours only.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently, I've not faced any issues they cover minors bugs in there upcoming updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend any one to go for this tool as it provides a lot of functionality as compared to other CRM.

This complex but robust CRM software keeps track of our customer contacts, handles important sales and marketing processes, and assists us in providing effective customer care as well as enhancing our sales and strengthening our customer relationships. Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise has provided us with focused business insight that helps us boost pipelines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its loving interface had completely transformed my complex work into fun. It has a slew of capabilities to automate the collection and management of leads, partners, and important business relationships as well as customer data. This was the only solution that enabled our firm to strengthen interactions with our customers. It also allows us to deeply monitor customer behavior and sales processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, my only complaint is that it is not so configurable and adjustable. I want it to be fully customizable so I can easily tweak it to meet our own business setting. Customers can encounter issues at the time of set up and initial configuration. It used to take a long time to load in rare cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is a highly effective sales and CRM solution that can be used by sales teams and all enterprises and anyone can afford it because it is budget-friendly. For lead management, fitness monitoring, pipeline visualization, and automated workflows, Salesforce CRM provides a comprehensive collection of features and modules so we can complete all sales-related tasks through a single console.
