Very high end. Huge breadth of features, though not aimed at the voice and lead generation market for smaller SME's

Breadth of features

Too technical for smaller businesses, and in particular not quite intuitive for managing a sales pipeline

It really depends on your business size. Far more intuitive products on the market available at much lower cost

Its wide variety of features. Their reporting and analytics feature are top notch

Ability to do everything from creating schedule to manage meeting notes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike as such but I think its quite expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to have the best that CRM has to offer, go for salesforce without thinking twice
