What differentiates Salesforce Data 360 from other similar products?

For all of our client data, Salesforce has been a terrific platform to use, and it has helped us develop a trustworthy and reliable relationship with our customers on a completely new level. Salesforce CDP assists us in administering everything more effectively, from unified user profiles, privacy control, data integration service, type-ahead capability, and Estimated Analytics tool for relationship management scoring.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Through Salesforce CDP, anything in advertising can be represented. In addition, numerous functionalities, such the web based push and website channels, are particularly beneficial for raising conversion rates. The webinars are usually very well organized, and you constantly pick up new information and get considerable insight. Another appealing feature is that the solution already has the appropriate KPIs, marketing designs, and content recommendations for various eCommerce automation procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to linguistic differences, we had some challenges integrating automated features. Since our app is not English-language-specific and the heart of the programming is, it focuses mostly on user preferences. Even if there are many built-in analyses, there are times when you need an unique viewpoint on your data and must construct or modify a report.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Salesforce CDP caught our attention while selecting a data tool. That's the one we must consider. We can connect with customers and categorize them according to their preferences with the aid of Salesforce CDP. We may test many iterations of our website to see which is most effective. Additionally, the fact that we don't need to transfer any data makes it simple to alter the designs of our website, which is another benefit of not importing any data.
