What differentiates Salesforce Authenticator from other similar products?

What really impresses me is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce login. Instead of having to enter codes each time, I usually just get a push notification that I can approve with a single tap. Plus, it provides details like the login location and device, which really boosts my confidence that the request is legitimate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really love the push approval feature for logins. It speeds up the authentication process so much compared to having to type in a verification code. Plus, setting it up is super easy, especially if you're already using Salesforce on a regular basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the push notifications don’t show up right away, so I have to manually open the app to approve the login. Also, switching phones can be a bit of a hassle since there's not an easy way to back up or restore everything.
