What differentiates Sage Intacct from other similar products?
For us, inter-entity reconciliation and consolidation are crucial. Due to the many systems, this used to take several hours each month. All of our reconciliations and consolidations had to be done in excel, which was error-prone. Now that we have confidence in our data, we are able to confidently release reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Additionally, Intacct has a number of features that simplify data entry. Additionally, it is simple to add new capabilities as we develop or grow, allowing us to optimize our operations even further without having to hire more staff. Because the Chart of Accounts and Dimensions flows down to the new entity once it is introduced, adding new acquisitions to the environment is likewise incredibly simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I had to choose just one, it would be the fact that balance sheet account reconciliation is currently not possible. We need to be able to reconcile and wipe out some accounts, such as GRNI (well received, not invoiced) so that we can quickly determine whether the account's present balance is accurate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Finding a platform is really easy, however, it can be challenging to locate the precise characteristics you're looking for. When I discovered Sage Intacct, I really found more of what I was looking for. Speaking of its qualities, you'll discover that the platform is easy to use and set up.
