What differentiates RingCentral Video from other similar products?

RingCentral is an efficient application for attending business meetings and conferencing with ease and this system is easy to use for all types of businesses. It provides seamless integration and its online portal is user-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very helpful in organizing phone calls from each room and gives us HD quality for attending and hosting video meetings and also provides better and clear sound quality. The web control panel can be accessed from any device and modification even after hardware deployment is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its performance is completely based on the internet connection so if you are facing internet issues then you must face issues during a video conference. It is limited in performance and setting up for the first time is quite complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are using RingCentral platform for our enterprise and it is working really fine with us. It gives us functionality with Linux, Mac, or even any version of the window so this solved our problem so restrictions, any user can use it on their devices easily without any interruption in quality. It helped us in all the visual communication done in our office. Anytime we want to modify it we can easily do it because it allows future changes flexibly. The email notification for voicemail from the portal to the phone system is the best feature.
