What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I dislike most about RingCentral is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. As a recruiter juggling multiple tasks, I want tools that are quick and intuitive. While it offers a lot of features, some of them are buried in menus or take time to set up properly. Once you're used to it, it works well but there’s definitely a learning curve for new users.

It’s great for keeping everything in one place, from video calls to messaging and even voicemail transcriptions. Just make sure your team gets a proper walkthrough or training upfront the platform is powerful, but there’s a bit of a learning curve. I like every feature ring central video has, their is nothing to dislike but if we got virtual background then it will best.

Best product as video and audio quality wise perfect and it has built-in screen share, chatting, annotations etc features available.
