Best tool in industry to enhance your contact center operations. Its conversational AI and detailed call analytics and coaching metrics are the best and differentiates from other tools in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Conversational AI, analytics and sentiment analysis, Keywords count on calls, Annotations, Sharing call feedback with associates, call trascript, Supervisor notes, Talk Metrics - Including Talk ratio, active listening, number of interruptions on calls,Average call steak, Longest talk streak, Talk rates, Silence and Vocabulary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting capabilities - Hopefully with suggestions provided on the improvement opportunities with reporting capabilities they will be addressed and fixed during the next release cycle. Frequent call quality issues and call disconnects - These issues have been escalated and workarounds are in place. Need to validate once the workarounds are helpful in fixing all the call quality issues Real-time uploading of calls in conversational AI - There is a delay in calls being updated/uploaded in the conversational AI and the links for accessing the calls in the dashboard is not being updated in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best tool in industry to enhance your contact center operations. Coaching employees on call conversations, Reducing manual QA process, real-time call feedback, Proactively identifying issues on calls through keyword search, Centralized management of calls and employees handling calls, queue assignment and building call flows.
