What differentiates Responsive from other similar products?
the ability of the program to match the most popular solutions in its library with the queries we are attempting to solve. This makes things easy for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes a difference in our day to be able to have all the answers and the peers in the same location, as well as to be able to work together more easily to complete a paper. As a result, we are working more quickly and our lives are becoming simpler.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of adding new projects is excessive, and the keyword matching may also be somewhat better. Sometimes, even if we already have the solutions in the library, it does not provide the desired results. Another issue is that occasionally when we react to anything, our responses do not save. We must go back and check to see whether our responses are still there. whether not, we must repeat the procedure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For anybody who need greater structure in the bid management process, works with a lot of paperwork, and has comparable problems that need to be addressed with numerous projects at once. Time and labor are saved by producing more precise and timely bid answers.

Great Service, but a bit pricey for the value.

What differentiates Responsive from other similar products?
The answer library, the office addons for Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Word and Chrome are very useful. Also, the automated OCR and identifying of questions from PDFs and Word docs, and converting it back is very powerful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The addons, Similar search, templates and answer recognization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The auto-reply did never really work, which is the top 1 feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Build a database of questions you can import and try to have chapters/domains and ownerships distributed.
