Easy to use and fairly cheap, slow interface.

What differentiates ResMan from other similar products?
It’s got a simple user interface when compared to Yardi or appfolio however I prefer yardi.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use. I am able to access things pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s a bit clunky on mobile and on the web. It can be a bit slow and seems to be outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a larger portfolio look elsewhere. For properties under 100 units I would definitely consider.
