features ease of use, love both IDR and VM dashboards

wish it was a little easier to assign tickets, should be intuitive and off drop-down menus

clearly identify your desired end state, list the features together with cost, care and feeding, the cost to rip and replace your current solution, and benchmark against competitors.

What differentiates Rapid7 Managed Detection and Response from other similar products?
Not sure about other products that offer the same service but MDR depends a lot on your in-house products and how you create the alerts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Resolution of issues and threat research that I don't need to do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It needs more native integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to follow the company manual and activate all off the box alerts to have an idea of how those alerts integrate with your environment.
