What differentiates Ramco ERP from other similar products?

Ramco’s ERP is an AI/ML powered cloud based comprehensive and cognitive enterprise solution. It caters to the needs of fast-growing enterprises embarked on digital transformation by enabling them with a 360-degree view to analyse and optimize the business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I used every module of RAMCO ERP, but my favorite aspect is Human Capital Managment (HCM).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user community is very small, and the user documentation is not up to the mark so for any issues you are dependent on vendor support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend this Product. Customers don't need much technical knowledge to understand and use the product. There are simple steps and tasks. It's not complex. If your organization is looking for a customizable setup without any extras, this is a good solution.
