How easy it is to use, very minimal time needed to be competent in Qualtrics

I wish there were more options for Look and Feel of survey, but this is minor

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

I used CoreXM while working with IRD. It was a great choice for the VoC program compared to what we had prior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The survey build, data visualization, analysis and dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From experience nothing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great platform for VoC with large customer base and frequent surveying.
