A fresh way of reporting finance data!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Qlik Sense from other similar products?
The BI producet is very customisable and enables a lot of innovation which allows a high degree of bespoke reporting. I have worked closely with the business intelligence team in my organisation to help me develop reports which are useful for my budget holders. The reporting system allows you to qlick into values within the report which allows you to interrogate the ledgers and understand the root drivers behind these costs. It works well with excel which allows you to export data and manipulate also offline.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most part I enjoy about the product is the customisable features. The reporting tool allows a high degree of manipulation to allow budget holders and finance business partners to present information in lots of ways that are useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system can sometimes take a while to export particularly when running reports containing large data sets
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is very much focused to those who are comfortable with complex systems. There is a high degree of buttons and tabs which could be confusing to non-it members of staff. However there is the option to create reports which require little input from the end user other than picking the correct dates
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features

What differentiates Qlik Sense from other similar products?
It generates real-time continuous dynamic intelligence and capable of data storytelling.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexible and upto-date analysis which is easy to use as well without compromising on the security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Qlik does not provide sufficient variety of visualization due to lack of some of basic charts. Data extraction is not flexible there. It is enough efficient to manage big data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Qlik is best data storytelling tool which is dynamic and updates on real-time basis. On the other hand it is easy to use. One can create master visualization enabling one to re-use it.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features
- Continually Improving Product

This is a fantastic introduction to BI

What differentiates Qlik Sense from other similar products?
Treemaps, combination charts, circles, and bar charts have already been created, and a sheet (Tableau dashboard) may be quickly created by dragging and dropping axes and measurements onto it. Because of its ease of use, it can be used by those with little computer knowledge. Furthermore, while opening an application (such as a workbook) takes some time, the subsequent work is rather quick. Because of Qlik's own "associative technology" and "in-memory" technology, I believe the answer will be quick.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unlike BI tools which only emit SQL, it seems to have its own index processing etc. And even if you are dealing with a large amount of big data, it responds in a decent amount of time, even if you are new to the UI, dashboard, etc. Simple to make and excellent for beginners. The capacity to quickly analyze from several perspectives in meetings and huddles. Tableau is studied in "views" one after the other, whereas Qlik creates several "dashboards" and discusses them as you examine them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The aid is in English, and complex analysis, such as syntax, is difficult. However, as long as the syntax can be established, all that is left to do is update the data to confirm that there are no problems. I may do "RFM analysis" by referencing certain Japanese comment items.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We search for outliers in a big volume of billing data, seek inaccurate billing data, and obtain statistical data. Previously, SQL was issued from the database and aggregated in Excel, but now even non-technologists may simply access the needed data.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
