What differentiates QAD Adaptive ERP from other similar products?

It is purpose built for MedTech. The Browses and ability to integrate give it a very competitive edge--allowing for fit-to-business without radical changes to the software. I have used many different ERP systems and have always found QAD to be the most capable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The built in Process Flows. Browses. Customization. These are amazing tools that make the product much easier to use and much more robust!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The CRM was a flop, so we fully integrated it into Salesforce.com instead--that made it one of the most robust systems I have ever seen. Also, the financial reporting continues to disappoint, but that's normal for ERP systems across the board.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend QAD to any manufacturing or assembly company, especially in the MedTech space!
