What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Templated proposals has reduced our time in creating a proposal from a few days to hours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The text editor can be a bit rough sometimes. Things will disappear and you have to reload the page to see them. Sometimes it feels like you are editing in Microsoft Word when you make a small change and it affects every page in the proposal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely try it out. It works well for smaller businesses

Easy to use, a bit clunky, but overall a lifesaver

What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?
Easy integration with CRM (HubSpot) Frequent updates and great communication on upcoming features Great support team - willing to listen to your experience with the software and are dedicated to improving it - and making sure you feel heard!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to collaborate with team members to jointly build proposals Template editor allows mass production of proposals, saving lots of time Ability to integrate presentation, negotiation, and signatures into one space is very convenient
What do you dislike most about this product?
Proposal editor is clunky and very buggy - a bad look for a product that centres around being used for proposals Notifications for viewing a proposal can be inaccurate
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be patient with the proposal editor, and save often! Make sure to also lock any elements you’re certain you won’t need to edit. This will help avoid many mistakes and headaches

What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?
The tracking is top notch and it prints well. Multiple ways to send a proposal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to make my own custom templates. and the tracking and notifications when a prospect interacts or signs my proposals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bit of a learning curve. Pasting text from a Word document always leaves random spaces between some words.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to learn it and establish your templates. Make folders to organize your templates.
