Its easy to use live doc function and flexible data model & configuration possibility

Freedom to structure your information ,life cycle handling of objects and full version control support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not flexible enough to work with Tabular or tree structures in the work item , lack of good variant management support for Manufacturing companies

Use it for Traceability needs Requirements, Test and planning. Ensure initial setup / templates are of good quality and well designed.
