The range of search tools available within Chorus also makes it easier for me to quickly find the necessary call recordings. Additionally, I like being able to create playlists so that new team members may listen to and learn more from a library of client calls organised according to the topic. This makes it easier for me to keep track of customer conversations and ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to understanding customers’ needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chorus occasionally obstructs certain sections of our dialogue. Sometimes the recording isn't very excellent, however we're not sure why. This occurs, as far as we can tell, whenever calls begin or end early. It would certainly be beneficial to have a better understanding of why this issue is occurring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In order to see recordings and share meetings on them immediately, Chorus has to be more integrated with other programs. This would improve our workflow. I don't like that there are two distinct sharing and playlist-adding buttons. This, in my opinion, may be included on the screen that lets you customize the clip.

Photoshelter for Brands is the most effective and appealing digital asset management system I have ever discovered. It makes every task incredibly quick and simple to do. By just using passwords, log-ins, or just a simple touch, we can quickly share our photos and videos with interested parties. With Work areas, we can instantly group, discuss, remark on, review, and acquire assets for creative endeavors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are more "keystrokes" involved when moving our photographs from shared network drives to PhotoShelter. It may be a bit repetitious to share or receive numerous pictures, but downloading and then clicking the link is only a tiny inconvenience. It is slightly slow when activating the Adobe Plug-in functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest anyone considering adopting PhotoShelter to do their studies on the system to ensure that you are choosing the most effective asset management solution, even though it is since this will determine whether or not it will be fully usable, versatile, effective for your purposes and best suit your working strategy.
