What differentiates Perk from other similar products?

TravelPerk is a universal travel management software with booking and on-trip assistance capabilities. It is able capture spending from multiple sources, including OCR, and prepare them for submission

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Spend controls are auto-enforced, so an employee can use up only the approved amount at the point of sale. We also request extra funds for specific needs and changes to card limits via the app

What do you dislike most about this product?

TravelPerk should be able to take care of our tax tracking and import codes from our accounting software to add details to our expense reports and also compare uploaded receipts to the already imported expenses to ensure there’s no duplication

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether your manual expense approval takes a while, or employees themselves take a long time filling in reports, implement automation with TravelPerk and update your policies to ensure that both sides can easily manage expenses after the trip
