What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, problems arise as a result of patch updates. Reporting capabilities require improvement. Both users and some parts of the complex solution are handled by the IT team. It's extremely difficult to find resources in Pega. On custom dashboards, Pega's filtering capabilities are severely limited. When one of my agents performs a custom search and then opens a ticket based on the results, when they return to the results, all of the results have vanished and they must re-search. We should be able to save the results by clicking back. I wanted to visualize my technician appointments in a calendar, chronologically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Based on the requirements, it is possible to create a new application. In my opinion, your processes are excellent.We use Pega throughout our department to address a workforce management automation issue.
