What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

Pega Openspan has separate libraries for Pega application integration like workbasket features which are not available in any other RPA product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pega Openspan plugin is available for Visual Studio and the developer can enjoy IDE features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pega can release more activity libraries to reduce the development time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good RPA product with great integration with the Pega platform.
