My favorite aspect of this product is its intuitive visual interface, which simplifies app development for non-technical users while maintaining flexibility for complex workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the steep learning curve for advanced features in Pega Low-Code BPM, which can be challenging for new users despite its low-code promise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Ability to build what you imagine.. the better you think the best this product helps you to innovate 2. Platform hosts an Eco-system to build end to end application with good customer support 3. The Layer cake helps drive re-usability of products & components in a global context

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Next Gen AI Case Management Centre Out approach

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some serious issues with the Stream services and Kafka that aren't easily resolved and persist despite engaging with the vendor and following configuration recommendations . The tracer feature is outdated and not user friendly, most developers find it difficult to understand and use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Needs to work more towards low code/ no code practice Not as simple other competitors for citizen developers. UI is sluggish and always a notch below the market standards New versions are getting more unstable with more frequent patch updates for stability Licensing cost is very high
