What differentiates PDWare ResourceFirst from other similar products?

Reasonable to implement and easy to use. Cost effective. Simple approach by default, and if/when you want complexities those can be built in as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive, and cost effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The training repository is helpful and could be improved if there were video tutorials and/or video examples particularly around more complex functionality or configuration options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a demonstration. Identify what your organization wants in phases in a prioritized manner to get up and running quickly. Keep it simple, so you can get key data in the application and begin to use.
