What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

Since switching from ADP to Paycor, we have realized a massive time savings in processing weekly payrolls and additional batches. We have also appreciated a significant cost savings with this system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, great reporting and price

What do you dislike most about this product?

Response to tax inquiries is a little delayed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize the learning modules and use your contacts at the company for any additional help you need. Chat support is much faster and more helpful than phone support.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

Automatic payroll adjustments for promotions, bonuses, and raises. Built-in expense management program, which automatically syncs employee reimbursements with payroll. Employee self-service portal for direct deposit, pay stub access, and company information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paycor's payroll module is one of their strongest tools and they provide comprehensive tax support services behind it

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing Paycor requires a one-time implementation fee which is around 10-20% of the annual software fees. The user-interface is straightforward and navigable but could use a more modern update

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you're managing payroll and HR for five employees or 5,000, Paycor will streamline the whole payroll process, help you stay on top of tax and legislative changes, and get you back to running your business.
