What differentiates PandaDoc DMS from other similar products?
So much easier to use and more intuitive than DocuSign. We tried DocuSign and didn’t have time to do all the training we needed to get it implemented. With PandaDoc, I figured it out myself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Makes contract management so much less painful! From templates to tracking responses, PandaDoc makes everything easier. We send re-employment letters to almost 200 employees annually as well as one-off agreements. For the first time, everything is in one place, we have almost no errors, and we don’t have to manually follow up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish you could select multiple docs and send reminders in bulk. I also wish we could customize the reminder messages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do it. In our research, it came down to PandaDoc and one other (I can’t remember if it was HelloSign or something else) due to ease of use, breadth of functions, and cost. After piloting PandaDoc it wasn’t worth my time to pilot the second product. You can’t go wrong with PandaDoc.

What differentiates PandaDoc DMS from other similar products?
If you are like me, closing leads, checking and contacting client leads again and again manually. Then you have to stop what you are currently using. You see, Pandadoc is the easiest app out there that you can implement whether what kind of business you have. Additionally, you can automate this using Zapier. I've had so many clients that I've helped with their business process flow automation using Zapier and Pandadoc. What I love about this is that this app is widely used and known by different companies worldwide. So why bother trying other apps?
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of this product is that they have dynamic variables which you can use all over the template proposal of your document. Also, the notification when something happens on your proposal document is the core of this app. You can also add pricing tables to help your clients upsell your products seamlessly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the most part, it is its pricing. As a freelancer, my client wants to check for a specific integration and my account is only on the free plan, Which makes checking and testing those functionalities hard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am a CRM Zapier Automation specialist. I help businesses automate their workflow, so I have used many apps that offer the same functionality for a proposal template document. However, using Pandadoc is one of the best experiences I've had. You can start an account, and you can be familiarized with everything for the whole day. It is a straightforward no, BS app, I assure you

The ability to bulk send messages while customizing the message for each recipients. Variables are life savers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Editing is kinda limited, and when you convert your document to editable via PandaDoc, it doesn't always give you a replicate of what you had in Ms Words
